  • Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable (please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details).

3. Admission & Treatment

  • Admission is based on the recommendation of the treating doctor and availability of beds.
  • Patients must provide accurate personal, medical, and insurance details. The hospital is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or incomplete information.
  • Treatment plans, procedures, and associated risks will be explained to the patient/attendant, and written consent will be taken before proceeding.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All charges for consultations, procedures, investigations, and hospital services must be paid as per hospital billing policies.
  • Advance deposits are required at the time of admission or booking for surgery.
  • Final settlement must be made before discharge unless otherwise approved.

5. Insurance & Third-Party Payments

  • Patients using insurance or third-party payment facilities must provide valid documents and approvals.
  • The hospital is not responsible for delays or denials by insurance companies. Any uncovered expenses must be borne by the patient.

6. Patient Responsibilities

  • Patients and attendants must treat hospital staff, doctors, and other patients with respect.
  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited within the hospital premises.
  • Hospital property should not be damaged; any damage caused will be chargeable.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Sunshine Hospital respects patient confidentiality and will not disclose medical information without consent, except as required by law.
  • Patients are advised to maintain the confidentiality of their medical records and reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While Sunshine Hospital strives to provide the best possible care, outcomes may vary depending on individual health conditions.
  • The hospital will not be liable for unforeseen complications, natural disease progression, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
